Subject and Purpose:
This agreement enables film and TV producers/directors in both Australia and NZ to draw on the film resources of each other's countries to produce film and television productions. The aim is to encourage the production of film in both nations, thereby benefitting both economies. It renews automatically every two years from 1 January 1995 unless terminated by the parties.
