An exchange of letters regarding that fact that, due to technical difficulty under New Zealand's Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1968, New Zealand had not yet been able to promulgate an Order in Council declaring the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand to be an international organisation in accordance with the draft new Agreement between the Parties Concerning the Establishment of the Governing Board, Technical Advisory Council and Accreditation Review Board of the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand.
