Subject and Purpose:
The arrangement aims to ensure that all New Zealand secondary school qualifications continue to be available to students from Niue and provides that the parties will seek to facilitate accreditation of Niue High School to award qualifications against the New Zealand National Qualifications Framework. (In July 2010, the New Zealand Qualifications Framework (NZQF) replaced both the NQF and the New Zealand Register of Quality Assured Qualifications.
