Subject and Purpose:
In a spirit of promoting closer cooperation between New Zealand and Federal Republic of Germany, the desire of providing wider opportunities for young Germans to appreciate the culture and general way of life in New Zealand and enabling young New Zealand nationals to gain an insight into culture and daily life in Federal Republic of Germany, and wishing to promote mutual understanding between the respective countries, on the basis of reciprocity. Includes initiating letter of 2000, and letter modifying measures from 1 July 2005.
