Subject and Purpose:
To promote the exchange and mutual knowledge of Chilean and New Zealand youth, through holidays in the counterpart country. Participants in these holidays under the Scheme will be able to engage in non-permanent employment, which may be remunerated. Such will be subject to requirements indicated in the Special Arrangement, in accordance with the respective legislation of both countries. Amended by arrangement in 2010 and 2014.
