With the view of strengthening the trade relationship between People's Republic of China and New Zealand, reducing technical barriers to trade, and promoting cooperation and communication in the fields of import and/ export commodity inspection, the Participants have decided to establish a consultation mechanism on World Trade Organisation/ Technical Barriers to Trade issues on the basis of the arrangement.
