Arrangement to preserve the shared memories of New Zealand and France from the World Wars. The arrangement recognises the protections already in place for war graves and both countries agree to increase education, understanding and recognition of what happened during the World Wars and preserve shared heritage materials. This arrangement was superseded by the 2013 Letter of Intent.
