Subject and Purpose:
The Participants in this Arrangement are New Zealand and the Australian Capital Territory, the body politic established by section 7 of the Australian Capital Territory (Self Government) Act 1988. The Participants have reached the following understanding to promote the provision of reciprocal commercial discounts by participating businesses and organisations (the "Business Partners" to holders of either the New Zealand SuperGold Card or the Australian Capital Territory Seniors Card (collectively the "Card Holders").
