Subject and Purpose:

The purpose of this Arrangement is for the Governments of the State of Victoria and New Zealand ("Participants") to facilitate and promote the provision of reciprocal commercial discounts by participating businesses and organisations ("Business Partners") to holders of the New Zealand SuperGold Card and Victorian Seniors Card ("Cardholders").

This arrangement has been amended by the Supplementary Administrative Arrangement for the Implementation of the Agreement between New Zealand and the Republic of Malta on Social Security.
