Subject and Purpose:
The new Cooperation Arrangement references New Zealand's obligation under the Malaysia - New Zealand Free Trade Agreement, builds on the previous areas of cooperation and allows for greater flexibility in the current programme of work on the recognition of qualifications project.
This Arrangement was preceded by the Memorandum of Cooperation between the New Zealand Qualifications Authority and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency on Cooperation in the Field of Quality Assurance in Higher Education Qualifications of 2011
