Subject and Purpose:
The purpose of this Arrangement is to establish the framework for cooperation between the Participants in supporting and encouraging trade and investment between China and New Zealand and, where appropriate, the supply of goods and services from their respective countries as part of a project in a third country.
This Arrangement will become effective upon execution by the authorized signatory of both Participants.
