Subject and Purpose:
Education New Zealand Manapou ki te Ao (ENZ) and the Ministry of Education and Training, Socialist Republic of Viet Nam (MOET) (hereafter referred to as the Participants) view education as a key growth area of collaboration and mutual interest in the deepening New Zealand - Viet Nam bilateral relationship. The Participants acknowledge that enhanced education engagement strengthens the flourishing people-to-people links, deepens mutual understanding and supports the goals of both countries to develop the humanity capacity of their peoples.
