Subject and Purpose:
The objective of this Memorandum of Arrangement (MoA) is to further strengthen cooperation between the Participants in the fields of agriculture, fisheries, forestry and the environment in order to support sustainable, resilient, and low-emissions development. This MoA is intended to be implemented in conjunction with the regulatory and trade facilitating commitments and practical mechanisms established under the Food Safety and other Sanitary and Phytosanitary Cooperation Arrangement signed by Ministers in 2015 and the Agricultural Cooperation Arrangement signed in 2021.
