Under Article 3.3 of the Protocol regarding certain milk powders, the Committee established that the levels of the minimum prices specified in that Article be modified to US$825 per metric ton for skimmed milk powder, US$950 per metric ton for whole milk powder and US$825 per metric ton for buttermilk powder. Decision to take effect at noon on 23 September 1987. Under Article 3.3 of the Protocol regarding certain cheeses, the Committee established that the levels of the minimum price specified in that article be modified to US$1120 per metric ton.
