The Agreement allows New Zealand aircraft crew an exemption from the requirement to hold a visa to enter China and remain there for 7 days from the date the aircraft arrives in China from New Zealand. The Agreement does not grant Chinese aircraft crew any additional entitlements to those they currently enjoy under the Immigration Act 1987.
