The French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development (Conventions and Legal Cooperation Mission) advised that, following a recent law change, New Zealand holders of a Working Holiday Visa for France are now exempt from having to obtain a work permit once they find employment there.  To enact this change, the French Foreign Ministry proposed an amendment to the original Agreement. This has been finalised in this Exchange of Letters.
