Extended, by British notification of 12 June accepted 27 June 1951, to Aden Colony, Antigua, Cyprus, Falkland Islands, Gambia, Gold Coast, Grenada, Jamaica, Mauritius, Montserrat, Nigeria, Nyasaland, St Christopher and Nevis, St Vincent, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Trinidad and Virgin Islands: NZ Gazette 1951 II, 1018. While this general extension in each territory on the (earlier) respective dates stipulated in the NZ Gazette notice, and for the taxes indicated therein.
Extended, by British notification of 11 February accepted 16 March 1953, to the Colony of Southern Rhodesia. This extension cancelled by further British notification of 26 March accepted 5 April 1954
Terminated by New Zealand notification of 1 July 1964, in respect of the United Kingdom and of the territories for whose international relations the United Kingdom was then responsible and to which the Agreement had been extended.
